About Us

International Journal of Transformations in Business Management (IJTBM), which is peer-reviewed and published quarterly, is dedicated to publishing academic empirical and theoretical research articles with a broad impact on the management area. Business strategy and policy, entrepreneurship, human resource management, organisational behaviour, organisational theory, and research methodologies are all included in the IJTBM. The goal of International Journal of Transformations in Business Management (IJTBM) is to publish empirical research that contributes to management practise by testing, extending, or building management theory. All empirical approaches are welcome, including qualitative, quantitative, field, laboratory, meta-analytic, and mixed methods. The research must make significant empirical and theoretical contributions to be accepted in IJTBM, and the publication should emphasise the applicability of such insights to management practise. Authors should attempt to create innovative, insightful, engaging, relevant, and theoretically challenging research that makes a major "value-added" contribution to the field's understanding of a problem or situation.
